On July 7th,2023 the Honourable Ginette Petitpas Taylor, Minister of Official Languages, on behalf of the Honourable Minister Sean Fraser, Minister of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship, announced the first Francophone round for category-based selection.

  • CRS score of lowest-ranked candidate invited: 439
  • Tie-breaking rule: January 20, 2023 at 17:18:32 UTC
    • If more than one candidate has the lowest score, the cut-off is based on the date and time they submitted their Express Entry profiles.
*Invitations to apply to the Federal Skilled Worker Program, Canadian Experience Class and Federal Skilled Trades Program may be issued through this round of invitations.
